1.- How can I enrol?
You can contact IELE by email at info@iele.com or fill out the contact form on our website to check the availability of the desired course. Once confirmed, you can make the reservation comfortably from our platform.
2.- How to book a course?
To book a course, you just have to fill in the registration form and make the payment of a deposit of € 150. You can also pay for the full course if you wish.
When IELE receives payment, we will send you a final booking certificate. The rest of the amount is paid on the first day of class at the school secretary’s office (cash or bank card).
3.- How and where can I pay for the reservation or the full payment for the course?
Through our website, with a bank card through a secure system.

4.- Where can I enrol?
You can do it from our website, by downloading the registration form or directly at the IELE secretary’s office.
5.- Can I pay for the full course before arriving at the school?
Yes, you can pay for the entire course in advance if you wish.
6.- How can I define my level of Spanish?
On our website you will find an online level test that you can complete before arriving. In addition, on the first day of school we do an oral test at the school to make sure we place you in the right group.
7.- Can the course be extended once it is finished?
Yes, you can extend the duration of your course if you wish, subject to availability.
8.- What does the price of the course include?
Enrolment, all teaching material, internet access, loan of books or films and final certificate. We also deliver a map of the city.
9.- Can a missed class be made up?
No, except in the case of private lessons and as long as you give at least one day’s notice.
10.- What is the age of the students?
The minimum age is 14 years. There is no maximum age limit.
11.- What is the size of the groups?
From 2 to 10 students per group. In the case of school or closed groups, the size may be different depending on the agreement.
12.- Is there a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes, all students receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of their course.
13.- Can IELE cancel a course?
Yes, if the minimum number of students to form a group is not reached. In that case, the payment made is refunded in full.
14.- Where is the school?
IELE is located in the historic centre of Seville, just 50 metres from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. A privileged location to experience the city while you study.
15.- What is the size of Seville?
Seville is the fourth largest city in Spain, with about 700,000 inhabitants. It’s a city big enough to have it all, but compact enough to get around on foot.
16.- Do students have free internet access at school?
Yes, all students have access to free Wi-Fi in our facilities.
17.- Can I get a student visa if I enrol at IELE?
Yes. If your country requires it, IELE can issue you the necessary registration certificate to process the visa at your consulate.

18.- Can I take the course without a visa?
It depends on your nationality and how long you are going to stay in Spain. EU citizens do not need a visa. Students from other countries can stay up to 90 days without a visa. For longer stays, it is necessary to request it.
19.- Can I combine different courses during my stay?
Yes. You can combine several courses (e.g. intensive + DELE or intensive + private lessons) according to your goals and availability.
20.- Can I change groups if my level is not suitable?
Yes. At IELE, we continually review your progress. If we detect that your level is not the most suitable for the group, we adjust it as soon as possible.
21.- Do you offer cultural activities or excursions?
Yes. Throughout the year we organize optional cultural activities such as guided tours, flamenco shows, tapas and day trips to nearby cities such as Cordoba or Cadiz.
22.- What material do I need for the classes?
All teaching material is included in the price of the course. You just need to bring something to take notes and a lot of desire to learn.
23.- Can I attend class as an auditor before deciding?
In specific cases and depending on availability, it is possible to attend a trial class. Please contact us in advance.
24.- What type of certificate is delivered at the end of the course?
All students receive a certificate of attendance at the end of their course, indicating dates and level achieved.
25.- Are the classes taught in Spanish from the beginning?
Yes. All classes are held in Spanish from the first day, adapting to the level of the group. It is part of our immersion methodology.
26.- What happens if I can't attend the course after I have made the reservation?
You can check our cancellation policy in the general conditions. In some cases, the start of the course may be postponed or part of the amount refunded.
