Terms & Conditions

Admission

The minimum age required to enroll in a Spanish course at IELE is 14 years old, there is no maximum age limit. No previous knowledge of Spanish is required, nor is there a degree of academic training.

Inscription

The student must present a complete registration along with a 150€ reservation fee. Confirmation of enrolment will be sent once the course booking deposit has been received (150€). This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the course.

Prices

All Spanish courses include all the necessary material for the development of the course, except for the DELE preparation course, a book that is recommended that the student buys to be able to work at home independently.

In the preparatory courses for the official exams, DELE, the exam fees are not included in the price.

Excursions, tickets, etc… of optional activities are not included in the course price.

Accommodation

The search and management of accommodation is optional and carries a supplement of € 65 per person for management fees, whatever type it may be.

The reservation and address of the accommodation will be confirmed to the student within a maximum period of 10 days before the start of the course.

As the offer of accommodation is limited, the order of arrival of the registration will be strictly respected. In the period of Easter and Feria the prices of accommodation increase because it is high season in Seville.

The price of accommodation is not included in the prices of the courses, except at Casa del Profesor.

Transfer

IELE has an optional transfer service from the airport or station to the place of accommodation. The price of this supplement is €90 one way. If the student hires this service, it is essential that they send us a recent photograph for recognition, although there will be a duly identified IELE person at the airport. This service is included in the Spanish course at the teacher’s home.

Sure

Students are not insured during the different activities of the center. It is therefore advisable to take out individual insurance to cover them against the risks of possible accidents, illnesses, theft.

IELE accepts no liability for loss or damage of any kind.

Cancellation

The school management reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient number of students. In this case, the amount paid by the student will be refunded; Also if the embassy does not grant you your student visa, the entire sum will be refunded to you.

In case of cancellation by the student, it must be notified in writing.

  • If the cancellation is made 15 days before the start of the course, the full amount will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is made during the 15 days prior to the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded minus the €150 registration fee. This amount can be transferred to another course on another date within the same year.
  • If the cancellation is made on the same day as the start of the course, no refund can be claimed regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Public holidays 2025

Official holidays 2025: 28 February, 17 and 18 April, 1 and 7 May, 19 June, 13 October, 8 December. The days of official holidays are not recovered.

Christmas Holidays 2025-26: from 25 December 2025 to 6 January 2026. Classes begin on January 7, 2026. During the Christmas holidays the school is closed. For long-term courses, these two weeks are not counted in the price.
